The main equipment is a combination of storing, weighing, conveying, mixing and controlling and its whole structure is very compact for use. ( Patent No.200810172273.9 ) 

2. Modular design and convenient moment

  The plant can be divided into several standard modules, put into containers for long distance transportation. It has trailer and running system, can be dragged by a tractor for short distance transportation. 

3. Quick installation and no foundation needed

It only takes 1-3 days from installation to use, no foundation and adjustment needed, available to use as soon as assembling. 

4. Adopt twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer as the assorted mixer, which has obvious characteristics like fast mixing, wide mixing range and good quality concrete, etc to satisfy the customers' requirement. 

5. Adopt the technology of “click to supplement”,which has been awarded the national patent, to ensure the accuracy of dynamic measurement no more than ±1%. ( Patent No.200520022852.7 ) 

6. Adopt additive weighing scale pneumatic conveying equipment,applied for national patent,to measure and convey additives,which completely avoid the quality accident caused by the failure of additive system. ( Patent No.200820134501.9 

7. Assemble two suits operating devices(touch-screen and computer), and can be operated manually,semi-automatically and automatically, which ensures the working reliability.  

8. The fully accounted concrete technology enable perfect functions like: unique ratio deposit, self compensation of aggregates drop, scale-owing, alarming and revising of over-scale, on-line modifying formula, data saving and query, and report-print and so on.  

9. Use aviation plugs, pre-adjust before leaving factory to ensure quick installation and excellent performance.
